At ARASIBA, they're connected. Your skin, hormones, metabolism, inflammation, and lifestyle all influence how you look, feel, and age, so we treat them together, not separately.

Yes. Telehealth services are available for eligible patients in states where our providers are licensed and where applicable laws and regulations permit care. Certain services may require in-person visits, laboratory testing, or physical examinations. Please contact our office to confirm availability in your state.
Treatments
We offer neurotoxin injections, micro-needling, micro-needling with PRP, hormone optimization, medical weight loss, and IV hydration therapy, spanning both aesthetics and wellness.
Treatment takes about 15–30 minutes. Results begin to show in 3–7 days, with full effect around two weeks, and typically last 3–4 months.
It combines micro-needling with your own platelet-rich plasma (PRP) to enhance collagen stimulation for deeper, more restorative rejuvenation.
We start with lab work and a consultation, then build a personalized plan designed to support your energy, mood, and overall vitality.
Some wellness, hormone optimization, weight management, and longevity programs may require laboratory testing before treatment initiation or during follow-up care. Lab recommendations are based on your medical history, symptoms, and treatment goals. Your provider will discuss any necessary testing during your consultation.
Most aesthetic treatments require maintenance to sustain results. Treatment longevity varies depending on the procedure, individual biology, lifestyle factors, and skincare practices. Your provider will discuss realistic expectations and recommended maintenance schedules during your consultation.
Safety & Eligibility
Treatments are performed by licensed, credentialed clinicians under ARASIBA protocols, led by Genus Sarabia, MSN, FNP-C, using medical-grade products. Every plan begins with a consultation to ensure it's right for you.
Patient safety is our highest priority. All medications, supplements, and treatments carry potential risks, side effects, and contraindications. Your provider will review the benefits, risks, alternatives, and expected outcomes before treatment. Patients should always disclose their complete medical history, allergies, and current medications to ensure safe and appropriate care.
Some treatments may cause temporary redness, swelling, or bruising. We review what to expect with you in detail at your consultation.
Certain treatments, medications, supplements, and aesthetic procedures may not be recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. For your safety and the safety of your baby, please inform your provider if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or currently breastfeeding. Eligibility for treatment will be determined during your consultation.
Treatment eligibility varies by individual. Certain medical conditions, medications, pregnancy status, allergies, or other health factors may limit or prevent participation in specific programs or procedures. A comprehensive medical evaluation will be performed to determine the safest and most appropriate treatment plan for you.
Medical weight loss medications, including GLP-1 receptor agonists and other prescription therapies, may not be appropriate for everyone. Eligibility depends on factors such as body mass index (BMI), medical history, current medications, and individual health goals. A comprehensive medical evaluation is required before treatment.
No medical treatment can guarantee specific results. Individual outcomes vary based on health history, genetics, lifestyle factors, adherence to treatment recommendations, and other variables. Our providers use evidence-based medical practices to help optimize results while prioritizing patient safety.
